Sagax has acquired three commercial properties in Venlo with a total lettable floor area of over 28,000 m². The assets are situated on approximately 46,000 m² of freehold land, strategically located on the Venlo Trade Port business park. The buildings are leased on long-term agreements to furniture manufacturer Leolux and Frans Gommans, a company active in the interior construction industry.
The acquisition aligns with Sagax’s international growth strategy, which focuses on commercial real estate — particularly industrial and business properties. Since entering the Dutch market in 2016, Sagax has expanded its Benelux portfolio to approximately 810,000 m², spread across 160 assets.
