Complaints procedure

We believe it’s important that all complaints are handled seriously and with care. That’s why we have a complaints procedure for any complaint submitted to us. All complaints are treated confidentially. Only those who need to be informed as part of their role will have access to the information.

Complaints

You can submit a complaint in writing via compliance@envalue.com or by post to: Envalue Real Estate B.V. Attn. Compliance Department, Europalaan 300, 3526 KS Utrecht, The Netherlands. We will send you a confirmation of receipt within 2 working days, including the name of the person handling your complaint. You will receive a written, substantive response from us within 10 working days.
