Two valuations, one comprehensive picture

To provide a concrete basis for the investment decision, Envalue carried out an indicative valuation in two scenarios. This made the value impact of the necessary measures immediately clear, serving as a concrete decision-making framework.

Scenario 1: Value in current condition The property as it stands: not marketable, not lettable, not compliant with legislation and regulations.

Scenario B: Value after measures Following the implementation of sustainability and maintenance measures, including an upgrade to a better energy label.

Result

The client gained immediate insight into the value impact of the necessary measures: what does it cost, what does it yield, and what investments are needed to make the property marketable and lettable again? This provided a solid, data-driven basis for the final investment decision prior to purchase.
