As Head of Valuations and partner at Envalue, Mike Rutgers is responsible for the Valuations service line and its continued growth. With more than 18 years of experience in the real estate sector, he combines in-depth market knowledge with strategic insight.

As a large-scale commercial valuer and RICS Registered Valuer, he specialises in complex valuation matters. He leads the valuations team and plays an active role in building and maintaining long-term client relationships and a strong professional network.
