Laptop project Envalue

The strength of redevelopment lies not in a single area of expertise, but in how different disciplines work together. For Europalaan 200 in Utrecht, we investigated on behalf of our client BORON how this building could meet the 2050 Paris Proof requirements following redevelopment.

Sustainability potential

We investigated the building's sustainability potential by exploring the market, the environment and the building itself, developing a forward-looking vision and translating this into scenarios. Each scenario was assessed in terms of feasibility, sustainability, value development and return on investment. Based on this, we formulated a well-considered development strategy, including a concrete plan of action for sustainability. From the design phase through to realisation.
