Envalue launches platform for real-time analysis and monitoring

UTRECHT, 8 APRIL 2026 – Envalue is today launching a digital platform that fundamentally changes the way property is analysed and monitored. Whilst property decisions are still often based on snapshots, isolated reports and periodic analyses, the Envalue Platform brings technology and consultancy together in a single environment for the first time. The platform offers 24/7 data-driven analyses of buildings, areas and portfolios.

Digital transformation of the property sector

The property sector is under increasing pressure to operate in a more transparent, consistent and data-driven manner. The Envalue Platform responds to this need and meets the highest standards of quality and security, including ISAE certification. Users gain a real-time overview of, amongst other things:

  • Value development
  • Sustainability potential
  • Building quality
  • Space requirements and office layout
  • Opportunities and risks

Continuous insight and active management

The Envalue Platform brings together data, analyses, monitoring and advice in a single, clear and user-friendly web-based environment. Property professionals gain a clearer picture of the performance and positioning of buildings within their portfolio and relative to the market. Buildings can be objectively compared with one another, and developments within portfolios can be continuously monitored. This shifts the focus from periodic reporting to continuous insight and active management.

Developed from real-world experience

The platform has been developed based on Envalue’s day-to-day consultancy and valuation practice and aligns directly with its clients’ work processes. It can be applied to both individual properties and large-scale property portfolios.

“With the Envalue Platform, we have deliberately built something that goes beyond what the market currently demands,” says Jan Verhaegh, CEO of Envalue. “The digitalisation of the property sector is inevitable. We have chosen to accelerate that development and give property professionals the tools to lead the way.”

Insight into opportunities and costs

As well as analysing existing property, the platform also helps in identifying new buildings. Property professionals can analyse potential properties and locations and compare them directly with existing buildings or portfolios. This quickly provides a clear picture of quality, risks, development potential and investment requirements.

Furthermore, buildings and portfolios can be modelled against various scenarios, such as sustainability improvements, investments or strategic decisions. The platform also offers solutions for office users: it provides insight into how many square metres are required, which layout is most suitable and what costs are involved.

Tested with market participants

Over the past six months, the platform has been tested in collaboration with fifteen market participants, including banks, housing associations, investors and property developers.
