EnvaluewelcomesJurreBrantsmaasheadofmonitoring&risk
UTRECHT, 16 APRIL 2026 – Envalue has appointed Jurre Brantsma as Head of Monitoring & Risk with effect from 1 April 2026. With his appointment and the recent launch of the Envalue Platform, the organisation is strengthening its role in the digital transformation of the property sector.
Technology and advisory come together
The Envalue Platform brings technology and advisory together in a single digital environment. Users can carry out analyses of buildings, areas and real estate portfolios 24/7, based on up-to-date information. The platform provides continuous insight into, among other things, value development, building quality, sustainability potential, space requirements, fit-out costs and new acquisitions.
Jurre’s appointment builds on this foundation. He contributes to the further development of models that help real estate professionals, banks and investors make better-informed decisions, interpret value developments more quickly, and identify opportunities and risks at an earlier stage. In doing so, Envalue responds to a real estate market in which the need for transparency, consistency, timeliness and continuous monitoring is rapidly increasing.
Data-driven monitoring
Jurre spent the past eighteen years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he started as a valuer and later specialised in data and analytics, with a clear focus on strategy and data-related challenges. He combines broad experience in real estate and valuation with specialist knowledge of data, risk analysis, AVMs and monitoring models.
Together with Mike Rutgers, Jurre will lead the valuations team. In this setup, Jurre focuses on product development, while Mike is responsible for the day-to-day management of the team. “Envalue is a progressive and entrepreneurial organisation, where I can further shape my ambitions in valuation challenges and data-driven monitoring,” says Jurre. “There is still much to gain in the real estate market. Data provides insight, supports decision-making and strengthens the quality of advisory.”
Further growth
According to CEO Jan Verhaegh, Jurre’s arrival marks an important step in Envalue’s continued growth. “With Jurre, we are bringing in someone who combines in-depth real estate expertise with a strong strategic and analytical profile. His experience in valuations, data and risk analysis aligns perfectly with our ambition to digitalise the sector.” With the platform and the expansion of the team, Envalue continues to develop applications that help clients look ahead and steer more effectively.
