CK Capital Partners has transferred the ownership of the sustainable future-proof Hanze office complex to a consortium including AT Capital, Maarsen Groep and EMRO. The property comprises approximately 28,000 sqm of office space and around 400 parking spaces, and is located directly opposite Zwolle Central Station and on walking distance of the historic city center.
Since its acquisition in 2018, CK Capital Partners has upgraded and repositioned the asset into a high-quality office environment (EPC A+++, BREEAM ‘Very Good’), with vacancy largely absorbed and lease extensions secured with existing tenants.
The asset’s strong sustainability credentials, solid tenant base and strategic location underscore continued investor demand for high-quality office assets.
The consortium intends to further enhance Hanze in the coming years through targeted improvements in quality, sustainability and occupier experience, with the aim of maintaining its long-term appeal and future relevance for both existing and prospective tenants.
The seller was commercially advised by JLL and BNP Paribas Real Estate and legally by Loyens & Loeff. The acquiring consortium was advised by Envalue (commercial), Dentons (legal), Stevens Van Dijck Bouwmanagers en Adviseurs B.V. (technical) and EY (tax).
